The following downloadable information will help you in your college audition process. Get started early. Most prescreens will be due October/November.
- Start a spreadsheet listing your colleges and all pertinent due dates (don’t forget the deadline for applying to the colleges themselves).
- Look for material now. Run the material past Mr. Paris or a trusted coach to determine if the material is a good fit for you. This is NOT the time to stretch yourself. Find material that is a comfortable fit. See the documents for other DO’s and Dont’s.
- Get all of your application material ready now. Transcripts and recommendation letters can take some time. If you are asking Mr. Paris for a rec., ask early and send your requests to sean.paris@hcps.net .
